lockout_tagout_station_cabinet_center Safety Lockout Centres and Stations are designed to hold Lockout Equipments in a central location making access to isolating equipments easy. The stations / centres come with bold headings and act as a constant reminder to all the personnel to lockout before commencing work. Built for the toughest conditions, they are made of double moulded polystyrene and come complete with metal or plastic hanging hooks for Padlocks and Lockout Hasps. Lockout centres / stations can be supplied with or without contents.

Hooks and rods in transparent material are used for aesthetics.

We are flexible in designing these boards as per the customer requirements to any size / any quantities / presentation type i.e. the front or the side pattern hooks, language / logos / markings, etc.

COMPACT LOCKOUT / TAGOUT STATIONS

compact_lockout_station These compact lockout tagout stations are generally installed next to the equipments which require small lockouts on regular basis. They are very helpful in keeping the LOTO gadgets handy and easily accessible to the users.
Provision for hanging the lockout padlocks and lockout hasp is an inbuilt feature of these compact panels.

GROUP LOCK BOX

Simplifies lockout of large equipments and helps ensure maximum security for complex work team situations. After machine or process is locked out, the key or keys of the machines are placed in a group lock box. Each authorised work team member places a personal lock on the group lock box.
Ensures that no single employee has access to the box unless all employees have removed their locks.

  • Box of size 154 mm x 255 mm x 105 mm. Made of special grade Metallic Sheet.
  • Red Powder Coated and supplied with 12 Nos. rectangular round slots in the box supplier and its flap for holding lockout padlocks. Accommodates up to 13 workers, and even more with the use of lockout hasps.
  • 13th No. padlock can be installed on the locking buckle.
  • For easy handling and carrying – an easy-to-grip, ergonomic Stainless Steel handle is provided on the top side.
  • Each box is powder coated Red – other colors like Yellow / Blue / Green etc. can be supplied as per customer’s requirement. *Minimum Quantity Required.
  • Lockout message is normally printed in English, other Regional Language / Company Logo / Dept. Name can also be incorporated on request.
  • Each piece is individually packed in white corrugated box.
  • Master carton contains 10 pieces.

  • Lockout Tagout Station of 16″ x 14″ x 6″, Made of special grade Metallic Sheet.
  • Yellow Powder Coated Station supplied with 2 Nos. inter changeable shelves & slotted side panels in the box supplier. Provision for the hangers for locks / keys / can also be made / supplied on request.
  • Available in plain or with clear fascia lockable shutters.
  • Normally supplied in yellow color. On receipt of order more than 10 Nos. – Customized Printing / Logo / Dept. Name etc. is done free of charge.
  • For easy handling and carrying of these boxes – ergonomic Stainless steel easy-to-grip handle is always provided on the top side for easy transportation.
  • 4 die cut holes are available for wall mounting. Lockout safety tips are printed inside cabinet door or incase of clear fascia – it is on the front side.
