Responsibilities:

Receiving customer requirement through email & phone etc.
Understanding /Translating customer requirement, to offer him the most effective solution through bid/quotation.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chats.
Customer meetings to discuss technical solutions.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and all technical aspects.
Finalizing projects.
Project executions.
Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications:

Masters / Bachlors Degree in Buisness Discipline
3-5 years office management experience.
Excellent phone etiquette, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and ability to close the deal.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

Presales Engineer – Male/Female

We are looking for motivated Electrical / Mechanical Engineer to join our Pre-sales team. Your entry ticket into a fast-growing company in the Fire & Safety domain! This position will need to navigate various aspects of the sales cycle, from product offering and pre-sales engineering support to solution qualification and execution.

Your Main Responsibilities

Take part in business development by searching new customers and projects.
Make offer through email or by post after best selection of product for the customer environment.
Offer CAD design support for fire and safety projects.
Answer customer queries via e-mail and chat channels, respond to RFPs / tenders, and prepare quotes.
Follow-up on leads with customers and partners to materialize projects.
Support in writing technical documentation to ensure our product knowledge remains up-to-date.

Desired Skills and Experience/Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with valid PEC Registration.
Good knack over CAD to generate fire and safety project designs.
At least 3x years of industrial trading/management experience, ideally in pre-sales.

Building Electrician

Professional electrician with minimum of 5 years field experience may apply. Candidate must be good at his profession with experience in speedy wiring.

Technician must be capable of electrical trouble-shooting.

Ability to work independently, experience in relevant field.
Create job repair plan based on diagnosis to include repair operations required and anticipated hours needed to complete repairs
Respond promptly to after-hour call out service at the request of management
Engages customers in a courteous and professional manner and anticipates and ensures prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
Ensures adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation
Install and repair electrical systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and conduct tests.
Pinpoint problems using a range of testing devices.
Safely use various hand and power tools.
Motor Cycle is mandatory for the job.
