How to use Co2 Fire Extinguisher ?
To use a CO2 fire extinguisher, follow these steps:
- Pull out the safety pin at the top of the extinguisher.
- Aim the nozzle at the base of the fire.
- Squeeze the handle to release the CO2 gas.
- Sweep the nozzle back and forth across the base of the fire to extinguish it.
- Once the fire is out, release the handle to stop the flow of CO2.
- If the fire re-ignites, repeat steps 3-5.
